Bruce Henderson Architects have carefully considered each residence, its individual attributes and the residents who will live there. The floorplans offer a greater level of flexibility while the material and colour palette presents in a choice of two schemes; a modern composition of moody tones, raw textures and rich, saturated colour for the Designer Scheme or pared back, soft hues and tactile finishes for the classic, Neutral Scheme.

DESIGNER SCHEME

This scheme embraces a mid-century modern approach by using a considered mix of natural and manmade materials together with an injection of confident colour to enliven the pared back forms that populate the interiors. Borrowed from the lush landscapes of the Botanic Gardens and the city’s landmark structures, deep forest green, industrial accents of blackened metal and optional concrete are tempered by the use of warm natural timbers and earthy terrazzo stone for a timeless aesthetic.

NEUTRAL SCHEME

Delivering refined luxury that is tactile, warm and without clutter, emphasis has been placed on spatial harmony and a classic tonal palette that relies on natural textures and high-end finishes. White-on-white surfaces are a clean backdrop for wood grain textures, polished stone surfaces, natural textiles and contrasting, blackened metal accents, all underscored by precise craftsmanship.
